Josselyn is Senior Associate at Seikla. She has been working in the legal field for eight years. Josselyn has participated as editor of legal papers in different academic journals, such as Law Review of Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and Observatorio de Derechos y Justicia. Josselyn has experience working with companies and people from Ecuador, the United States of America and Brazil in different industries, such as oil, energy, telecommunications, construction and commerce.
Among her most notable cases are sponsorship of sanctioning resolutions before the Agencia de Regulación y Control Hidrocarburífero with exceptional results, lawsuits before international organizations, legal support in public procurement processes in telecommunications and construction fields for amounts exceeding $200.000,00 and legal advice in restructuring, transformation and creation of companies with notable results. Before joining SEIKLA, Josselyn worked in the public sector and for prestigious law firms in Ecuador.
